► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
Up for sale is a Rare Vintage Seiko Alba Carib men’s classic quartz dress watch, reference V338-6A30, produced for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM) during the 1980s. Alba, a subsidiary of Seiko, was known for producing stylish and well-built watches for the Japanese market, and the Carib line combined classic design with practical everyday durability. This model features an elegant dial layout with Roman numeral accents, a date display at the 6 o’clock position, and a distinctive moon-style decorative dial element that gives the watch a refined and unique appearance. The two-tone case and bracelet design adds to the classic 1980s styling. The watch is being sold for parts or repair as it is currently not functioning and is completely untested, so it is unknown what the issue is or if the watch can be repaired. All parts of the watch are original, including the Alba signed stainless steel bracelet and clasp. The watch has signs of use and age, but the photos best describe its physical condition and should be reviewed carefully. ► ARCHIVE FILE: ALBA — BRAND HISTORY

Alba is Seiko at its most playful: a youth-focused, largely Asian-market label whose bold ana-digi experiments, cult Spoon models, and short production runs now reward collectors of uncommon Japanese watches.
