1. General Terms

OLD WATCH SHOP is a one-person online shop specializing in vintage and pre-owned timepieces. Each watch is hand-sourced, individually photographed, and described honestly, including known flaws. The watch shown in each listing is the exact one the buyer will receive.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

These terms apply to direct purchases made through oldwatch.shop. Purchases completed through eBay are governed by the policies that apply to that eBay transaction.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our watches accurately, including condition, functionality, and provenance. Due to the vintage nature of our inventory:

• - Watches may show signs of age-appropriate wear
• - Colors may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen differences
• - Vintage watches may not keep perfect time without servicing
• - Original boxes and papers may have wear consistent with their age

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders confirmed at checkout will be honored at the displayed price.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe at website checkout. Customers may also contact us to arrange payment through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment must be received and confirmed before an item is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship through USPS from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, normally within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking is provided for every order. Shipping to United States addresses is free, and shipping to supported international destinations is a flat $30 per order. Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and international delivery may take longer.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, destination-country forms, or other import requirements. Complete terms are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except in the limited circumstances described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, buyer's remorse, sizing or fit, or personal preference. Approved refunds include the item price and any original shipping charge paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of OLD WATCH SHOP or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Watch brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OLD WATCH SHOP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or products. Nothing in this section limits an approved refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy or any rights that cannot be limited by law. Our maximum liability for a direct website purchase is limited to the amount paid to OLD WATCH SHOP for the item and its original shipping.

8. Privacy

9. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or special offers. Unless otherwise stated:

• - Promotions cannot be combined with other offers
• - Discount codes are single-use and non-transferable
• - We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
• - Promotional pricing does not apply to previous purchases

10. Export Restrictions

Some vintage watches may be subject to export restrictions or require special documentation. Certain watches with leather straps, exotic leather straps, precious metals, or other regulated natural materials may be restricted from import or export in some countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local import regulations.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
