Information We Collect
Old Watch Shop collects the contact, order, billing, shipping, payment-status, and communication information needed to operate the shop. This can include a customer's name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and messages sent to us.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to process checkout, fulfill and track orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, operate and secure the website, and maintain records required for accounting or legal purposes.

- - Resend for transactional order emails
- - Vercel for website hosting, security, performance measurement, Analytics, and Speed Insights
- - USPS for shipping, delivery, and tracking
Technical and Browser Information
Vercel and other infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, and performance information. The website may also store cart information and preferences in the customer's browser.
Required Disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or security threats.
Data Retention
We retain order and communication records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
