Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, through USPS. Please allow 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed for handling. Tracking is provided for every order.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary because of the destination, USPS operations, holidays, weather, or customs processing. International delivery may take longer.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or the $30 shipping charge.

Old Watch Shop completes the USPS customs declaration required to send the package. The buyer is responsible for any destination-country identification, permits, forms, or other customs-clearance requirements.

Handling Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated 1–3-business-day handling period, we will contact the customer with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delayed or Missing Packages

For a delayed or missing package, contact evan@oldwatch.shop with your order number. We will review the USPS tracking information and, when appropriate, open a carrier inquiry.
