Up for sale is a Rare Vintage Seiko 5 Actus 6106-7590 men’s automatic dress sports watch, produced for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM) in the 1970s. Powered by Seiko’s dependable 23-jewel automatic movement, the Seiko 5 Actus line is well known for its distinctive styling, robust construction, and excellent craftsmanship.
The watch has an issue with the quick-set date function. When the crown is pressed to activate the quick-set date, it does not spring back out on its own and must be manually pulled back out with a fingernail after use. Aside from this issue, the watch is in full working condition and is running and holding accurate time over a 24-hour period. The watch is fitted on an aftermarket expandable stainless steel bracelet.
The watch is in good vintage physical condition with signs of use and age. It features a beautiful original emerald green dial that gives the watch a striking vintage appearance. The photos best describe its physical condition and should be reviewed carefully by interested buyers.
