Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio BP-120 men’s digital sports wristwatch, a Japan Domestic Market (JDM) model powered by Module 1101. Released in the 1990s, this watch was one of Casio’s most advanced innovations of its time, incorporating blood pressure monitoring, pulse (PLS), and EKG (ECG) sensing directly into a wristwatch—well ahead of modern wearable health technology. This example features a lightweight plastic case and is fitted with an aftermarket strap. Please note: the battery clip is broken. This does not affect the functionality or operation of the watch and is only relevant when changing the battery. All features and functions of the watch are working properly, including timekeeping, blood pressure monitoring, pulse reading, EKG sensing, alarm, and all digital display functions. Additional note: one of the caseback screws is beginning to show signs of stripping. It is still firm, holds properly, and the caseback is secured without any issue. However, if the screw were to be over-tightened in the future, it may fully strip and would then require replacement with a slightly larger screw.
