Up for sale is an extremely rare vintage Casio Casiotron R-14 men’s digital sports watch from the Japan Domestic Market (JDM), dating to the 1970s. This is one of the earliest Casiotron models ever produced and represents a foundational piece in the history of digital watchmaking.
The Casiotron line was among the first to introduce an automatic calendar function, a major technological advancement at the time. The R-14 features a classic round stainless steel case with a clean and highly legible LCD layout, embodying the design and innovation of Casio’s earliest digital era.
