Up for sale is a Rare Vintage Seiko 5 Actus 6106-6440 men’s 25-jewel automatic dress sports watch, produced for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM) in the 1970s. Powered by Seiko’s reliable 25-jewel automatic movement, the Seiko 5 Actus line is well known for its distinctive styling, robust construction, and excellent craftsmanship.
The watch is being sold for parts and repair as it will run and hold accurate time for only a short period before stopping completely. I believe the watch will require a service in order to operate properly. It is a completely unrestored example and is being sold strictly as is. The watch is fitted on an aftermarket black leather strap.
The watch shows signs of use and age throughout, consistent with its vintage. The photos best describe its physical condition and should be reviewed carefully by interested buyers.
