► SELLER'S DESCRIPTION
For sale is a rare vintage Casio CPW-210 men’s digital compass wristwatch, featuring Module 1030 and originally made for the Japan Domestic Market (JDM). Released in the 1990s, this model is part of Casio’s early compass-equipped outdoor lineup, known for its functional rotating bezel and digital bearing indicator designed for adventure and exploration. This particular watch is in full working condition—all features and functions have been tested and are operating properly, including the compass, alarm, stopwatch, and backlight. The sound is also working correctly. Please note: the bezel appears to be stuck. I have not attempted to force it to turn, and the buyer should be aware of this before purchasing. All parts of the watch, including the original Casio strap, are intact and correct to the model, adding to its authenticity and collectibility. The watch is in good physical condition, with signs of use. Please review the photos, as they best describe its overall appearance. ► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY

Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
