Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio BP-120 men’s digital sports wristwatch, a Japan Domestic Market (JDM) model powered by Module 1101. Released in the 1990s, this model was far ahead of its time—integrating blood pressure monitoring, pulse (PLS), and EKG (ECG) sensing directly into a wristwatch, decades before modern wearable health devices became common.
This example features a lightweight plastic case and is fitted with an aftermarket strap.
Please note the following: the watch is missing one of the side pushers, and the sound is not working (no audible beeps or alarm sound). Aside from these issues, the watch is fully operational. Timekeeping functions correctly, the digital display is clear, and the blood pressure, pulse, and EKG sensor functions operate as intended.
The watch is in good physical condition overall with signs of use consistent with age. Photos best describe its physical condition.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio began not with watches but with calculation. Tadao Kashio founded Kashio Seisakujo in Tokyo in 1946, and with his three brothers developed the 14-A in 1957, the world's first compact all-electric relay calculator, incorporating the business as Casio Computer Co. that same year. The move into watchmaking came in November 1974 with the Casiotron, a digital watch whose claim to fame was an automatic calendar that knew how many days each month had, a small feat of logic that announced how an electronics firm would approach timekeeping.
