Up for sale is a rare vintage Casio AE-90W men’s digital display alarm chronograph wristwatch, featuring Module 187. This Japan Domestic Market (JDM) model from the 1980s is one of Casio’s most visually distinctive digital designs, utilizing a graphic analog-style display rendered digitally, paired with a lower digital information panel. The brushed stainless steel case and bracelet give the watch a sleek, architectural aesthetic that stands apart from typical digital sports watches of the era.
The watch is in full working condition, and all functions operate properly, including timekeeping, alarm, dual time, chronograph, timer, and backlight. The display has no missing pixels, and the buttons function as intended.
All parts of the watch are original, including the stainless steel bracelet, clasp, case, and module. The watch is in good physical condition overall and shows signs of use and age consistent with a genuine vintage piece. The battery clip is missing; however, this does not affect the operation of the watch and is only relevant when changing batteries. The photos best describe its physical appearance and originality.

► ARCHIVE FILE: CASIO — BRAND HISTORY
Casio brought an electronics company's imagination to the wrist, moving from calculators to the calendar-equipped Casiotron in 1974. G-Shock toughness, Databank utility, and affordable icons such as the F-91W turned the company into a digital-watch giant whose early modules and resin-cased designs are now a distinct collecting field.
