Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved only in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only when:

- - The item does not arrive at all, excluding customs holds, delays, or similar circumstances outside our control
- - The item received does not match the description of what was purchased
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
